Bored of doing the classes and want to train better? 99 GRIT offers exactly that, an effective training plan to improve your performance while keeping it varied to enjoy the process.

Foundations: Build strength in the main lifts, translating it into an increased performance in weightlifting.

Cycles: An structured training will allow you to seperate phases of building strength, better your aerobic capacity or peak for a competition.

Simulating Competition: For some, competing is the goal of their training, and being prepared for a competition is crutial, that is why we implement competition simulation workouts.

Training is Fun: Even if you are giving it all in the gym, we make sure that we keep the training interesting and varied for you to improve and have fun at the same time.
