WHAT IS 99%?

99% is a fitness programming developed by two passionate coaches that breath, eat and live with sport. You will be doing a variant of the sport known as CrossFit but before you leave and look for its definition, i will explain it to you.
The base of this sport is to be:

  • Always exercising with FUN
  • It also focus on using MINIMAL EQUIPMENT
  • Having a NEW complete different TRAINING session EVERYDAY
  • The COACH has a big part too, as it makes sure to make it the BEST experience of your life!

With this we can start building that perfect training for you, making it Simple, Fun and personalized.

You might wonder, how can you be a good fit? This can be settled if you can tick one or more of the reasons below. Let's see if you have your place in this programming.
